Products

We sell genuine aftermarket carbon fiber parts. Most items are made to order. Product images are representative; as a handmade material, slight variations in weave and finish are normal.

Fitment & installation

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm correct fitment for their motorcycle’s make, model, and year before ordering. Professional installation is strongly recommended; aftermarket parts may require minor adjustment for a precise fit.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

Trademarks

BMW, S1000RR, M1000RR and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Stage 3 Carbon Werks is an independent aftermarket manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW Motorrad. Model names are used only to indicate fitment.

Limitation of liability

Products are sold for use at the buyer’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage 3 Carbon Werks is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or fitment of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Warranty

Products are warranted only against manufacturing defects as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. No other warranty, express or implied, applies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stage 3 Carbon Werks operates.
