Processing & production

Most parts are made to order. Typical production and processing time is 2–4 weeks before dispatch; high-demand items may take longer. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. After placing your order, we will calculate shipping and send you an invoice for the shipping cost before dispatch. You will have the opportunity to approve the shipping amount before your order ships.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Delivery & address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
